Revived Awareness Novel News

Good morning! I have some great news! I have finally, after years and years of writing, editing, and plotting out Revived Awareness, I have finally finished the first draft of the novel! This story, like I typed before in a different post, has been in my head since I was sixteen! The idea just dropped into my head one day in high school, and now, years later, I finally finished the first draft! This novel has been in my head for over a decade, so I’m excited to know what everyone thinks when it is out in the world! If everything goes according to plan with the publishing process, it should be released by the end of 2024, to the start of 2025! I hope when it is released, that everyone likes it! This plotline was in my head WAY before Ethereal Imprints, and Arcadian Divinity! So, it has been a work in progress for a very long time.

I hope everyone has a great morning, and I’ll type up another post very soon!

Arcadian Divinity, Revived Awareness, and Ethereal Afterworld News

Good morning! I know that I haven’t posted in a while, so I just wanted to let everyone know what has been going on.

Arcadian Divinity is out now and has been corrected for the minor mistakes that were made in the final manuscript. Amazon KDP, or Kindle Direct Publishing, allowed me to fix the errors, so now everything has been finalized and ready for viewing and reading! I really hope that everyone enjoys the novel as much as I enjoyed writing it! 🙂

I am still in the process of writing Revived Awareness, which I now think will be published in early 2025. I’m still writing everything down and typing it up into my laptop, but I know how it will end, so that is a good thing. I also have the front cover art, so it is easier to write when I know what the mental image is of my character. After I finish the first draft, I’m relying on the editor and the cover/formatting designer to look for mistakes and make everything beautiful! I don’t know how long that will take, so 2025 is just a guess for when the novel will be out in the world! Everything else that I do will get done fairly quickly. Revived Awareness should be published and ready to read/buy in early 2025!

On top of my other projects, I also got the front ebook cover for the sequel to Ethereal Imprints! The novel is titled Ethereal Afterworld and has the same model that was pictured on Ethereal Imprints, just in a different pose. I have paid for it and have the front cover art for the sequel. On top of the sequel being written, where there are 20 chapters so far, I also realized that there’s going to be more! I realized that that there will be a prequel, a third novel, and a spinoff novel for this series, which I titled The Ethereal Chronicles! So, there will be a trilogy with a prequel from a different character’s point of view, and a spinoff from the antagonist’s point of view. There will be a total of 5 books in the series total, so It’s a lot to keep track of, but I’m determined to get this all done!

I just wanted to keep everyone informed about what I’ve been up to regarding my stories! I hope everyone has a great morning and rest of their day, and I will be typing another post really soon!

Chapter by Chapter Summaries

When I began writing my first novel, Ethereal Imprints, I didn’t have an outline, a plan for what the story would become. The plot that I had created and the characters that I’d made were all mythical and fantastical, and I was making everything up as I went along. For this reason, it took me a LONG time to write, and then a longer time to figure out how to publish the novel. Altogether, creating Ethereal Imprints, the final product, took 5 years! For Arcadian Divinity, it didn’t take as long to publish, since I knew what I was doing the next time around. But I didn’t outline that novel either, so the entire story took 17 months to write! When it came to publishing Arcadian Divinity, unfortunately there were some setbacks, but everything turned out alright, and the novel will be released and out in the world in just a few days!

The good thing about not outlining my stories is that I have learned my lesson with my third novel, Revived Awareness! I have had the idea in my head for this story since I was 16, WAY before the idea for Ethereal Imprints came to me. Now, years later, I know what I’m doing, and I know how to self-publish, so it makes things A LOT easier. I also have realized that I had to outline Revived Awareness in order to finally finish the novel and get the idea out of my head and onto the page. I had created an outline for Revived Awareness, and based on that, I started to do chapter by chapter summaries. Basically, I’d summarize each chapter, so that I knew what to write. Currently, I finished the chapter summaries, and have started to handwrite what is going to happen in each chapter, and then later type what I have written into a Word document. It is A LOT to do, but I love it! So, the process of publishing Revived Awareness is the fastest among the 3 novels that I have written so far! Again, because I’m done with planning and the chapter summaries, Revived Awareness might come out this year, or it might not. I have to just get the ideas on the page and out of my brain currently.

I hope everyone is having a great morning, and I will post again very soon!

2024 Novels

I have great news! I have officially sent the Arcadian Divinity manuscript to Washington D.C. for the copyright! I sent it to the Copyright Office. I will be getting a form from them in a few weeks to a few months, depending on how long or short everything gets processed. The copyright registration was the last thing to do for getting Arcadian Divinity ready, so now all I have to do is hit publish! I really hope everyone loves it when you all read it.

Now that I have completed Arcadian Divinity, I am working on planning out the rest of Revived Awareness, as well as reading over the sequel to Ethereal Imprints! The title for the second book in the series is Ethereal Afterworld. I am going to get the front cover for it, as well as read through it again to see where I left off. There are 20 chapters in the sequel so far, so I just need to refresh my brain, read it, and plot out the rest of it so it won’t take long to write.

Arcadian Divinity is still coming out in March, and if I am able to plot it out and write it fast, so will Revived Awareness! I’m hoping to get Revived Awareness out later this year, but I don’t know. Maybe it will work, maybe not. I am also working on Ethereal Afterworld, so there is a sequel to Ethereal Imprints in the works! I have a lot of book projects lately. It keeps me busy, but it is also very fun!

I hope everyone enjoyed this post, and I will be typing another one very soon!

Arcadian Divinity Final Sizes/Page Numbers

I hope everyone had a great New Year’s, and that 2024 is going well so far! I am typing this blog post to update everybody on Arcadian Divinity. I currently have gotten the interior manuscript back from Miblart, the company from Ukraine.

I wanted a paperback, a hardcover, and an ebook for Arcadian Divinity, and once I got the finalized files I looked at the sizes and page numbers for the print versions. This novel is massive! The hardcover is a little larger than a 6×9 book, while the paperback is a little larger than a 5×8. These were the same sizes for the hardcover and paperback for Ethereal Imprints. The amount of pages for Ethereal Imprints is 274 for the hardcover, while the paperback is 316. Arcadian Divinity, by comparison, is 378 for the hardcover, while the paperback is 440! So, my new novel is A LOT bigger than my debut!

I am currently waiting for the full cover wrap for Arcadian Divinity, meaning the spine and the back for the novel. All I had before was just the front cover in order to see what the main character would look like, as well as matching the character on the cover to the character that was in my mind. Everything is going smoothly though, now that I am reaching the release date for this novel! 🙂

I hope everyone is having an amazing day, and I will be typing another post very soon!
