Hello! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I have some more news regarding Arcadian Divinity! I have gotten through the final read of the novel and will be giving it to the cover designer/formatter next week. There are a few more things that I need to do in order to publish the book, but I finally have a release date for this novel that I have been attempting to publish for over a year now. The release date will be March 8th, 2024.

A lot has been happening since I have typed my last blog post! On the 21st of October, I had my very first book signing for Ethereal Imprints! It was at an art studio in Calabash, NC, and I had so much fun! I was signing and discussing my work, and also got to meet new people and see creative work for the day! If anyone in the area is interested, or if anyone wants to know more about the studio, just go to the About the Author section of this website and look at the Recent Events page. I already have typed this in the post for the book signing, but I will type it once more. Thank you, Mystical Reflections. This was the best early birthday present, and I will see everyone at the studio on December 2nd! 🙂

Also, I have gotten more than half-way through the final read with Arcadian Divinity, making sure that I have fixed all potential typos and looking over the novel one final time. This is before I send the manuscript to Miblart.com, the cover/ formatting designer from Ukraine. Currently I am on Chapter 60 out of 100, and I will be giving myself two weeks to finish reading the story. After that, I will spend another week fixing up the novel, updating anything that needs to be updated, and then send it to Ukraine in December to make Arcadian Divinity all pretty! At the rate I am finishing all of these self-publishing steps, I am aiming for a February 2024 release, with the latest being March 2024!

Good morning! I wanted to give everyone updates about the novels that I am working on. I have good news! I gave Arcadian Divinity to the editor, that also worked on Ethereal Imprints, last month. She was able to finish Arcadian Divinity within a month and one day! I was really surprised by that, since the novel is over 100,000 words and 100 chapters. The good news is that I will be releasing the novel earlier than I planned.

As for Revived Awareness, I am still writing it, but I have to focus on Arcadian Divinity and put in the editor’s changes. Whenever I get more ideas for Revived Awareness, I will write some more, but for right now, I have to focus on one novel at a time. None of my novels at the moment are the same, they are all completely different plotlines, so it is very beneficial for me to completely get into one project at a time.

This novel has been in the works for a really long time! I first got the idea when I was 16. Then I wrote different portions of the story when I was 16, some when I was 22, and then now, this year, at the age of 29. The storyline was something that just popped into my head one day in high school, so I decided to write it, but for years, I was having a hard time really getting it done and published. Now that I am able to do that, I finally have the ability to share the novel name, cover art, and description! 🙂

The title of my third book is Revived Awareness!

The future of medicine has come. Evolving over the years, there is a very popular but controversial operation. A new innovative procedure designed to help people with mental instabilities and/or disorders. Samantha is one such individual. She has had epilepsy ever since getting in a horrific car wreck that gave her a traumatic brain injury, and becomes a candidate for the surgery. She gets the operation, but afterward she realizes that she is having very intense side effects. Side effects that can’t be explained. Samantha now must figure out the meaning of them, before she becomes a victim herself.

Hello again! I have officially finished self-editing Arcadian Divinity and am now going to take a break and work on my other novel that has been a work in progress for over 10 years. I am taking a break, and then will be able to insert the changes from Arcadian Divinity in the manuscript on my laptop. After that, I am going to send it to a professional editor. This process is an interesting one, and one that I didn’t exactly see taking this long, but I just have to deal with it. If one of the steps goes wrong in the editing process, then the entire manuscript has to be read again, and everything has to start all over again. That is exactly what happened with Arcadian Divinity. I didn’t expect the process to take as long as it has, but now I can safely say that the novel will be out around the beginning half of 2024. Anywhere between January- June will be the timeframe that it will be released.

Right now, as I wrote before, I am taking a break from Arcadian Divinity and will begin to input the changes into the story in September, while I work on my third novel. It is going to be a long one, but if everything goes well, I should have that one out by October 2024 maybe. I’m working really hard, but if the novel doesn’t come out by late 2024, that is alright. I certainly have my hands full, but I know that I can finish both of these projects at some point! 🙂

In my new project, there are already 26 chapters that are in order, and it isn’t done yet! 🙂 I will be showing the artwork, description, and the title soon, maybe within the next two weeks.
